This page explains how The London Stone Woking handles information collected through this website. The venue team can edit this text at any time.

Enquiries

When you send a group enquiry we store your name, contact details, party size, preferred date and message so we can reply. We use it only to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics only load if you accept them in the cookie notice. If enabled, we measure page and event views, ticket link clicks and booking link clicks. Declining leaves the whole site usable.

Tickets and bookings

Ticket purchases are completed on Fatsoma and table bookings on our booking provider. Those services handle your payment and booking data under their own policies.
